Air India has hired Klaus Goersch as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer, and they’ve also made some other important job changes. In his new role, Mr. Goersch will be in charge of things like managing flights, aircraft maintenance, ground operations, making sure everything runs smoothly, and taking care of the

cabin crew.
The person who was previously in charge of operations, RS Sandhu, will now have a different role where he offers advice and guidance rather than being directly in charge of day-to-day operations.
