Judge Huggett emphasized that Frost had not shown any remorse and lived without concern for being caught for years before his arrest. She described how he created an environment normalizing sexual discussions, manipulating his students’ trust, leading to inappropriate
interactions.
Despite claims of Frost being a champion of young people, the judge disregarded these, focusing on the severe impact on the victims. Judge Huggett concluded that his crimes were opportunistic and impulsive, resulting in a minimum jail term of 24 years.
Frost’s legal issues began in 2019 when he was arrested in Sydney. Initially facing 10 charges, he was ultimately found guilty on
43 counts, including sexual offense. His earliest release could be in June 2047.
His life faced struggles post-MasterChef, including failed business ventures, bankruptcy in 2016, and divorce in 2021/2022.
